Last year, PlantNetwork invited all members to take part in a membership survey with the aim of finding out what members think of PlantNetwork and how we can improve what we do.
While there wasn’t a huge uptake, we did get responses to the survey which have helped us to understand what is working and how we can improve what we are doing. We have compiled a summary of the key points that respondents to the survey made but there were lots of suggestions which we have gone through and will try to implement over the next few years. Please see the summary below.
Since the survey results were analysed, we have been caught up in the COVID-19 pandemic which has changed significantly what events we can provide for members. Although virtual seminars did not score highly in the survey, we have developed this offer and will continue to do so alongside our more traditional events to help reach members who are unable to participate at the in-garden events.

Finally, we would like to thank all members who took the time to complete the survey and to provide other suggestions for activities and communications that PlantNetwork could provide.
