The aim of the Cheshire Gardener Network will be to enable cost-effective networking amongst Cheshire-based gardeners, promoting the sharing of skills, knowledge and experience.
Initially, Network membership will focus on the vice-county of Cheshire, to include gardens within the administrative district of Wirral Borough Council. Attendance at the inaugural meeting on 26th March 2020 will be open to one representative per garden.
The Cheshire Gardener Network will be an independent group able to link to PlantNetwork and other garden associations.
The inaugural meeting will be coordinated by Barry Grain (Head Gardener, Cholmondeley Castle), Nick Lightfoot (Garden & Collections Manager, Ness Botanic Gardens) and Rebecca Slack (PlantNetwork Coordinator).
