Join us this spring for a Diversity in Gardening (DiG) training session aimed at making our gardens more welcoming and inclusive work places for all horticulturists (as well as volunteers, trainees and anyone else we work with).
This session takes place at Tullie House Museum in Carlisle. It provides an introduction to equality, equity, diversity and inclusion, and addresses issues that might arise in the workplace.
