Philip is responsible for UK partnerships for Grow Wild UK at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (growwilduk.com). After roles in botanic, heritage and zoological gardens, Philip launched the Garden Organic Master Gardener Programme and developed it from pilot funding to commissions across England. The programme won the national Local Food Education and Learning award in 2013 (mastergardeners.org.uk). Philip is an experienced horticultural advisor for several organisations, including the BBC, London 2012 and the Food for Life Partnership. He was a finalist for two national journalism awards with the Garden Media Guild in 2011 and 2012. Philip has an honours degree in horticulture from the University of Reading and a masters in management from the University of Bath.
