A day of informal talks and discussion hosted by the National Trust Plant Conservation Programme (PCP) at Knightshayes Court. The PCP propagates the Trust’s most important plants, supplying gardens with spares or replacements of otherwise irreplaceable specimens.

Chris Trimmer, PCP, Knightshayes Court - Propagation successes and failures at Hillier’s
Barry Clarke, Sir Harold Hillier Gardens - Propagators from Exbury Gardens, Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and elsewhere will discuss their successes and failures in propagating various plants – tropical, tricky or material collected on expeditions – what worked and what didn’t.
A light lunch will be provided.
